If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@aussiego.com to discuss further.
If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in original condition.

Please download, print, and fill out the return form if you have not done so already. Request the return form via the form below. Send your return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@aussiego.com by email. After approval, make sure your return shipment is well packaged and meets all the conditions below. Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your parcel. Use an insured traceable service to ensure your package arrives safely with us. Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@aussiego.com

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items. Ensure that all returned items are well packaged to avoid damage in the mail. Ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. Ensure the return form is approved – without approval, your return may not be processed.

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
