How can I pay in the webshop?
At Aussiego, you can choose from several payment methods. We offer the following payment options in our online store:
- Pay with iDeal
- Pay with Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, and VISA)
- Pay with PayPal
How can I pay via iDeal?
Pay directly online through your own bank. That is paying in your own familiar internet payment environment. Easy and according to the security requirements of your bank. This payment service is available for customers of ABN AMRO Bank, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bank.
How can I pay with a credit card?
You can pay for your order in the webshop with the following Dutch credit cards: VISA, American Express and MasterCard. When you choose this payment method, enter the credit card number, the exact name on the card, the expiration date and the 3-digit CVC code (last three digits on the back of your card) on the payment page.
To protect your data, it is transmitted fully encrypted via SSL servers and thus protected from third-party access. At the time of the order, your credit card payment is authorized. The cardholder may be contacted to prevent fraud.
The amount will be debited only after the order has been delivered. If it is not possible to deliver the entire order, only the amount will be debited for the portion of the order that was actually delivered.
How can I pay with Paypal Banking?
Aussiego offers the option to pay with PayPal. PayPal is an online payment service where you use your PayPal account to complete the transaction. On PayPal's secure payment page, you log in with your PayPal credentials. Then, select the bank account or card you want to use for payment. After that, confirm the payment, and click next. You will then see a confirmation of your order in our online store.
Is shopping at AussieGo safe?
Shopping at Aussiego is very safe. To protect your data, it is fully encrypted and sent via SSL servers, ensuring it's secure from third-party access. This means your personal information is encrypted and cannot be viewed by others. We comply with all privacy laws and other legal regulations. Additionally, we never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
Order
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Each completed order is confirmed by email with an order confirmation.
What can I do if I experience problems while paying?
Should it not be possible to proceed to payment, even though you have already placed the product in your shopping cart and created an account, we recommend that you clear your browser history (see top right of internet browser, history, clear history). Then you can add the product to your shopping cart again and proceed to payment.
Can I cancel an order?
This is only possible by sending an email to info@aussiego.com l before 5 p.m. on the same day of ordering, stating your name, order number and order date. It may be that your order has already been processed, in which case you can only cancel the order by returning the package.

What are the warranty conditions?

If the product shows a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, you must inform us within a reasonable period after discovering the defect. If, in the opinion of Aussiego, the product indeed shows defects (that are not due to normal wear and tear, misuse, and/or lack of maintenance), Aussiego will repair or replace the product within a reasonable time as determined by Aussiego. During this repair, you are not entitled to a replacement product or any form of compensation. If, in the opinion of Aussiego, repair is not possible, or if the cost of repair is deemed unreasonable, Aussiego will offer a comparable replacement product. If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase price.
If the instructions provided by Aussiego are not followed, or if the product has been used incorrectly or has not been maintained, you are not entitled to any form of repair, replacement, or compensation. Additionally, the right to claim any form of warranty is void if the product has been modified.
Damage to the following watch components: the glass, the strap, the crown/stem, and the battery is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However, the manufacturer’s warranty does not affect the legal warranty to which the consumer is entitled. Legal warranty means that a product must perform as the consumer can reasonably expect it to.
